How much sleep does my baby need?

 Are you sitting at home wondering if your baby is getting enough sleep in a 24 hour period?

Let me help guide you more – this table is an average of what majority of babies need in a 24 hour period.

If your baby is falling well outside these time frames, but there is no other concerns about their health and development and is generally sleeping well, there is nothing to worry about.

All babies and toddlers will have slightly differing sleep needs (just like all babies  and toddlers are different in other ways) so just let this be a starting point for you.
